For me it was ulcerative colitis pain. Though most of the time it was just a dull ache, I would occasionally get blasts or mind-blowing acute pain. I can remember being curled up in a ball on the floor, praying for instant death just to end the pain. I was 14-15 years old at the time.
being ran over my right calf by a car…had to sit in my apt. until two days later when my room mate finally got home.

Tooth infection a few months ago.
I was playing catch with a football with my nephew and I ran to make a catch and stumbled and fell on my wrist. Luckily, it was on the grass but it hurt like hell. A bone seemed to be popping up under the skin and I thought I broke my wrist or at the least, sprained it. I didn’t go the doctor for some reason and when I went to bed every night for a couple of weeks there was no position that didn’t cause pain. I thought I seriously caused damage but after three weeks it healed and the pain went away. It hurt bad.
I’ve hurt my knees before, that was pretty painful, I was a kid and I almost cried from the pain.
Strep throat was no picnic, real sore throat for a week and a half.
Physical pain? A really bad cramp i had when i was asleep. Dreamt that someone was torturing me in a torture chamber. That’s how my brain explained the pain to me

I’m very acquainted with really severe pain as I’ve both had a baby (without anesthesia), suffered severe migraines, and have also had molars removed, with novocaine only. It’s hard to say which was worse. They were all horrific.
Kidney stone, Its horrible! Ran to the hospital and the doctors had to confirm the reason of pain, finally after 4-5 hours they gave me some sort of injection.
Probably my back problems. It doesn’t hurt that much. It’s maybe a 6.5 on the pain scale but it’s nonstop pain every day for months on end so if you do the math it’s a lot of pain.
Dry rot after a tooth extraction.
having my sepsis wound squeezed out in the hospital
you don’t wanna know what came out!
sepsis is no joke, I got it living without proper hygiene during my psychotic episodes
I survived and live clean now, rubba dub dub, showers every other day

Fallopian tube burst, worst pain imaginable. They thought it was my appendix until they did further testing. It was extremely rare because it wasn’t caused by an ectopic pregnancy.
Broken nose 151515
Shingles when I was 17. It started in my mouth went down my throat, and moved its way up my face. I almost went blind in my left eye. They said my case was rare because it attacked multiple nerve lines. My head felt like there were razor blades in it.
Your fallopian tubes can just burst?! Do they know what caused it?
