What does your house smell like? Can you even tell?

Of course, I don’t think my house smells.

But after further investigation I’ve found that my house smells like dogs and rosemary.

It’s a surprisingly complimentary set of scents.

We have a massive rosemary bush right outside the house,

And two dogs.

I keep my windows open during the day, so mostly it’s fresh air.

When people come over, I boil lemons (from my tree), fresh rosemary (also from the yard) and peppercorns.

It smells super good and not like you’re trying to cover anything up like sprays.

I’m a big fan of essential oils. So my apartment smells like those I’m using.

I can’t use essential oils because of the dogs.

Lavender, bergamot, ylang ylang, Siberian fir,…

There are also oils that I put in my water like lemon, grapefruit, spearmint,…

It makes me feel better than drinking Coke Zero.

But not these days it smell good here in the tropical land.

It’s hard to tell unless I leave for a while. I vape inside, but I have an air filter. It has smelled weird in the past I think cause the vape. Im gonna clean today so maybe that’ll help.

Kitty litter and dogs. And every 2 to 3 days we melt a wax in our wax warmer and make it smell like apple cinnamon or something delicious. We dont mind it smelling like our pets, we love them.

I couldn’t tell just sitting in here until I went outside yesterday and came back in it smelled musty for some reason. I’m guessing bcz I gave the dog a bath the day before.

So I removed and washed all my bedding again this week and mopped again now it smells like a mix of gain and dog :laughing:

I’ve decided to get an essential oil setup. My mom uses them. She always used a setup with candles so it kinda deterred me. Just saw they have electronic setups on Amazon.

Probably dog as well, but I have no idea. Can’t smell anything myself. I don’t generally notice it when I return from being gone, so maybe it doesn’t.

There is probably also a stench of crazy, cause I live here too :crazy_face:.
