My wife uses Febreeze a lot and our house smells like that. She gets mad at me for pointing out that she buys the old lady scent version. (Truth.)

Funnily enough. My flat smells of flowers. I’ve invested a lot in Air Wick Plugins.
Or it smells of stale smoke. I dis-infect all my bedding and clothes with a Dettol Sanitiser.
Dont stink in here mate. I even bath in Dettol Disinfectant. Its a trick i learnt - when i was street homeless - skippering in a bin.
Always smell the “Dogs” in peoples houses tho. Owners dont smell it, but it flaming stinks

Depends on where in the house you are, I guess. Definitely dog and cat associated smells. The bedroom and office are kinda neutral I guess?

We are all getting off point.
My father does a lot of cooking so our house smells like different spices.
We use a homemade potpourri to cover up the odor, it works pretty well.
We’ve become nose blind.
I notice the smell when I leave the house and re enter the house
coffee and breakfast it smells like in the morning…probably smells like dogs but we can’t notice it.
During the fall and winter, my mother is a baking machine so it’s always smelling good in our house haha. But now, probs smells like shedded dog fur. Can’t wait to open up the windows soon and let everything air out…
