I wake up every day at about 9 I’ll tidy the house up abit and stay distracted by the tv
I try to stay busy and do constructive tasks
I have a midday nap every day to deal with hallucinations
I try to go out on walks most days for fresh air
Sometimes I’ll try to do something creative but some days it’s harder than others
I would like to learn some more skills if anyone can help with that i would really appreciate it!!

I work during the week and relax on the weekends. It is tough to work sometimes but I get by.
Sorry to hear you have hallucinations still. I do a little too as the pdoc gets my medicine tuned in. I meditate morning and night each day. It helps bring a lot of peace.
Creative art like painting or anything really can help. You don’t even need to be good to enjoy it. What interests do you have? Learning skills in those areas can be fulfilling.
I study design. Wake up early for lectures. Then I rest . Eat a bit . I ride my bicycle sometimes. I talk o. Forum . Then I do homeworks
Get up 5/6am. Have a coffee and check my phone.
Change baby into clean clothes and bottle.
Put him in jumperoo and do some chores.
About 7:30am qwertle will get up and I’ll provide breakfast then get him changed.
8:45am we all walk down to nursery to drop qwertle off.
9:30am take a nap.
12pm pick qwertle up.
Do lunch.
Play with the boys all afternoon and run around after them.
4pm do dinner.
5pm wind down time.
6pm baby in bed.
7pm qwertle in bed so now I get into bed and sleep
Weekends differ as we go out due to qwertle not being at nursery and having so much energy.
Wake up.
Gym Mon to Fri.
Volunteer 4 hours a time, 3x per week to 4x per week.
A recovery programme with NHS once a week.
Some recovery classes with NHS once a week.
Mental health support groups 3 times per week.
Art group once per week.
In my spare time I like to mess on my phone.
Or learn languages and prepare for job interviews.
I wake up at 4 am if I don’t take lorazepam for sleep, at like 7 or 8 am if I do.
I have coffee and sometimes an egg or a bacon sandwich.
Then I hop on the forum, watch some TikTok.
Shave and shower. Waterpik.
I usually do my laundry because I do small loads and don’t have much clothing.
Then I have some house chores to do.
Study a chapter of TEFL, sometimes it’s time for a test. I’m on unit 4/10. It’s a 6 month program.
I used to check OKC and ID but I’m not doing that anymore I met someone.
I pace a lot through the day as well but I’m doing that less since I started the lorazepam. Thinking of stopping the lorazepam I miss the energy I used to have.
Talk on the phone in the afternoon/evening with friends and the girl I’m seeing.
Oh and on Mondays and Fridays my therapists stop by the house for a minute.

Practice Spanish on Duolingo.
Make and eat dinner and wash dishes and take evening meds.

Go to bed at 8 pm

9am to 9pm watch TV
9pm go to bed
It is a pitiful existence
Get up at some random time, changes over time, go to my computer desk, and when I get tired, sleep.
I watch TV all day every day and take care of our dog which is a 24/7 job.

I may take up an economics masters, but I’m also looking for work too. But worried I won’t find anything I’ll work hard at

Usually get up, walk, have brekkie, work, eat, do hobbies or study, go to bed (weekdays). Weekends are get up, walk, do chores, cook, do some hobbies, study, do more hobbies.
Does the baby wake up throughout the night? My daughter did when she was a baby - every 2 hours in fact. If was exhausting! She did that for a long time.

The exams are hellish and it is THE designation to have in Canada if you work in insurance. Makes you that much more employable.
Bro, I still wanna do underwriting. But I have lost faith in the main qualifications here in the uk getting me into the kinda underwriting I can do.
