I prefer real physical relations. When I can ride my bicycle, I like to see people whom I know and chat with them. Unfortunately it is still the winter and I can not ride my bicycle.
It’s good you talk to people. Real contact with people is something that can help us stay happy.
I’m happy with internet friends for day to day, but I start getting lonely if I don’t have IRL friend time for more than about a month.
I can go months without meeting irl friend.
I’ll still text thou. A little bit.
Sometimes when I go to the store I just sit on the bench at the store and sometimes I see people whom I know. It is now the winter time and I feel often depressed and so having little chats with people is nice, after all I am often alone otherwise.
I prefer internet relations. Its very rare im outside the flat now. Its Safer for me indoors. Im not very good with people in real life either. I only ever see my local asian shop keeper 100 yards down the road for the odd pint of milk. All my stuff is done online…
I talk on the phone alot to my brother and mother tho. I prefer to be a hermit these days. I cant get over the impending fear that something will happen.
It was only 11 months ago i would have been down the bar, giving it large - but ive changed somewhat.
I did not know you can buy food online. That would be a very nice service for many people. I do not talk on the phone much, just with my mother. I am looking forward to the next spring, less than 90 days more to go and then I can ride my bicycle more.
Yeah they all do it here in the Uk. Tescos and alike. If you dont mind waiting the following day for it - its quite useful.
We do not have that kind of the food service here where I am. My store is just 300 meters from my place and so I can walk there easily to buy food. My mother who lives in another town went through a knee surgery recently and this type of the food service would be very helpful for her. Maybe things change here too.
I like having internet friends and IRL friends, although it’s been awhile since I’ve hung out with people.
Always thought it would be so awesome if all of us on the forum could get together for a picnic or something and hang out in person
I think I heard that’s against the rules
I prefer internet friends
But I do have a lot of writing friends
Wish they’d contact me.
Yea, no exchanging details and all that. Still think the idea of it would be nice though-- have some potato salad and BBQ and hang out
Hope all is well @Daze!
Im in !!!
Where we all gonna have a bbq at ?

Haha alright Walla!
No clue, but it’s def gotta have a lot of space for grilling, swimming and lounging!

I prefer real physical relations. However, I only know one person besides my family and my family and I are not close. My family and I only see each other twice a year: Thanksgiving and Christmas, and we live in the same city.
I have no real friends, literally I haven’t gone to a meet for months. I do miss UK that I had plentiful friends and good co workers. Now I have a problem talking and making eye contact that makes socializing extremely awkward and difficult. Now I prefer internet friends
I prefer real life relations over internet relations.
I have a few friends with whom I am on contact on whatsapp.
everyone is so busy with their life nowadays.
btw whats irl?
U keen to quickly get on a plane and fly to South Africa for a day ?

A picnic would be okay, but it is cold at this time of the year here
I generally prefer Internet interactions. I only spend F2F time with a select number of people and only for a select amount of time.
