Im extremely sensitive to caffeine drinks. coffee and tea and even hot chocolate out of the picture… anyone else like me in here?

There’s decaffeinated drinks out there. Try zevia. You can get it on Amazon. No artificial sweeteners and some are decaf. I get it from Kroger (a grocery store). Sparkling water is good too.

What about herbal teas? Peppermint, chamomile, red bush etc always check the label though because some herbal teas contain caffeine like green tea. Loads of them though are just great tasting tea I live off them! There is flavoured water elderflower, cucumber are my favourite. There is loads out there have a browse in supermarkets or smaller shops and search online for ideas
Mushroom tea (chaga or Reishi is best) helps with stress and immunity.
You can try adding a little vanilla and sugar to your milk? I find it’s pretty tasty!
Or you can try almond milk it comes in sweetened and vanilla flavors too.
Also idk if you can do this but smoothies are pretty good.
How about propel? Although if you drank too much, you could get too many vitamins and minerals.
Iced tea or coffee.
I like juice, I’ve always liked grape juice, specially white grape juice. White grape peach is delicious but hard to find. My new fav drink at Starbucks is the caramel apple spice, which is actually just spiced apple cider, no caffeine involved.
I like Mio and stuff for water to make it more appealing to me, since I don’t like drinking straight water. Juices, too, sometimes. Decaf teas with milk, yummy.
