When your physically sick with possibly the flu I don’t know till tomorrow when I see the doctor. But as most of y’all know I’ve been dealing with depression and psychosis for a while now.
So i’m Trying to keep my voices calm but they are all over the place.
Any remedies for possible flu and hallucinations?

@Longhorn21, Last time I had the flu, I was hallucinating all over the place. I checked myself into the hospital and wore a hospital mask over my nose and mouth the whole time I was there. While I was in the hospital, I got some much needed sleep and immediately got better. The flu had stolen my sleep for three nights.

I got an evaluation on Friday my doctor decided to send me to a program called PEERS group starting tomorrow. But if my fever doesn’t go away I can’t go

@Longhorn21, I only went to the hospital because I couldn’t sleep for three days and nights straight and I was hallucinating because of it. Or, thought so anyway. I couldn’t get any sleep. I’m assuming this is not the case with you.
It’s really best for people with infectious diseases to stay out of the hospital if possible.

Meaning get better.
Dobt on yourself I reckon such as love in yourself with nice food and healing drinks .lots of rest and talk lovingly to yourself.
I usually have to talk myself through things that are emotionally difficult “you can get through this””your so good” “your doing so well”etc

If it’s really the flu then you have about 2 days of feeling the worst, then it will start to get better. Sleeping through it is a good option, try to keep yourself hydrated. Being physically sick on top of sz/sza really sucks, but it doesn’t last forever!
