I am suffereing from the flu and it is causing me to suffer from really bad psychosis. I just broke out of a spell where I was being told that I was a prophet when something told me to snap out of it and come on here. What happens when y’all relapse like that? Is there something you do that helps?
Distract…unless its time to take meds again…
Drink lots of fluids and sleep through as much of it as I can.
Expect dreams to be a little rough while the fever lasts. Best thing for you is to get well.

Usually sitting still and not doing anything will cause me to suffer from psychosis when I am relapsing. I wish I could color, but my head hurts too much.

I also had a very bad relapse into psychosis one time during an episode of the flu. So, I don’t think this is that unusual.
