What do you do to recover when you not in shape

What do you do when you having a bad day and remind yourself that you alone and that you need to get through this alone, no one is there.

When the psychosis starts and u going in and out and u cant get help.

Do you have something secretly planned to try help yourself/

They teach stupid stuff for this like WRAP: Wellness Recovery Action Planning wtv the ā– ā– ā– ā–  that means, it really belongs to depressed people. Also a wellness toolbox wtv the ā– ā– ā– ā–  that means.

U gotta ride out the storm, wtv means necessary. life wont stop for u, everyday is a learning experience. Learning how to live without pleasure
