Go to the hospital. It’s the best thing you can do for oneself if you can voluntarily check in and it’s gonna suck.
Hope that is an option until you are stable.
But look how much you are struggling on your own.

That’s just what I would do - i know it’s hard voluntarily. And since you don’t have someone who would commit you.
If I was going through what you been going through - my husband would have already commit me.
It’s just a safe place til your symptoms are under control. You seem to go in and out of insight.

Today i feel that i saw some mysteries if the universe. Like im tapping into some hidden truths seeing the universe unfold.
Ans yet no strong emotion… juat flat. Empty. Kind of depressed.
Never give up, never surrender. Things will get better. Just have faith. Maybe you havent found the right med yet. And maybe they will come out with a new one that fixes all your problems. Im sorry youve beeb struggling. Schizophrenia is so hard. I started to get paranoid today and thought i was going to be in bed for the next 24 hours. But luckily i was able to distract myself and breathe normally. Have you tried L theanine? Ive been taking it and it works wonders with anxiety.

No i only take invega fluvoxamine and prazosin bur now im too paranoid to take my meds
