My train of thought is good I’m okay… I’m okay, I’M okay I just need to repeat words i guess it helps, god I don’t know why im posting this. If your thoughts are all over the place then contact your psychiatrist as soon as you can. That might be a sign of relapse.
It’s coming up to the weekend so you should contact them sooner rather than later.
I agree with everhopeful. Contact your pdoc on Friday and try to get a PRN med to help you feel better. You might be having a panic attack, or you could be at the beginning of something else. Let the expert help you, whether it be adding or raising meds.
@everhopeful I just think it’s my ocd maybe Idk im no expert, I was ok during during the day but it crept up slowly. … surely. maybe later, idk im sorry im stupid anyways I think I will go talk to my dr, but sadly my Clinic is closed. … Sorry im sorry. I think I will go to the hospital thanks!
@anon39736208 I think I think so its a panic attack I hope but either either either way its okay, I will go to the hospital if it doesn’t get get get better sorry this is dumb… I feel like a wimp anyways ill be okay guys see I’m better guys, I feel it already I feel sane.
This disease is not for wimps, you are strong! We all have bad days, and we all need help sometimes, don’t feel bad about it. See how you feel in a few minutes, and go to the hospital if you need to. Repeat - you are not a wimp!
Yes. Hospital sounds like a good idea.
Hey guys I called the national suicide center and talked after taking my PRN. I feel better right now. Thank you guys again for being there, I truly appreciate it.
This is hard on all of us. Research methods of panic attacks. The ER can’t help you.
@Daze thank you Daze, I’m better now. Today was torture in all honesty.
I’m glad you’re feeling better. Good for you for taking initiative to call the hotline. That’s one thing I’ve never had the courage to do.
Hotlines are a very helpful resource. I’ve used them many, many times. They have prevented many hospitalizations for me in the past. I highly recommend using them in times of crisis.
