Guilty as sin. You don’t pump four rounds into your bathroom even if you don’t know the mrs is there…Horrible tragedy and no one wins…but he needs to man up and serve the time!

Having been called up for jury duty a few times and have sat in on a few cases. I’ve learned not to listen to much of the medias side as tends to be biased. So I wont form an opinion often unless I’ve sat on the full court case.

I would say guilty … but it seems that he suffers from anxious paranoia, and from first hand experience I do know that severe anxiety can make people do irrational things. I just feel bad for his girl friend - may she rest in peace
SO guilty. You don’t just shoot someone six times on accident.
Even if he shot her the first time on accident, she would probably scream or be like HEY IM NOT A ROBBER and he would freak out and back off. It’s crazy impulsive to just fire a gun without even looking to see if it’s an intruder to begin with. I think he killed her on purpose.
I thought they found him guilty. They just didn’t find him guilty of FIRST DEGREE murder.
