I don’t know enough about them to vote. I know that they shot up a school, but outside of that I don’t know much about the incident. I don’t know what led up to the incident. I have no idea what their motives were. And I have no idea what their state of mind was.

i don’t understand why someone would be so angry. but then that’s coming from someone who was accepted and loved.

Yes some one entered an elementary school in Uvalde Texas and murdered 19 innocent kids and 2 teachers.

Before this he shot his grandmother in the head.

She will probably survive.

This guy is pure evil.

I wish the public stops blaming everything on mental illness

Well, it may not be “mental illness”, but to say he was mentally stable is probably a stretch. Definitely something wrong with his thinking.

I voted both. No sane person kills another human being. Being that depraved is a mental illness.

@Kiltedman , the school he went to was only 8 to 10 year olds. He killed 19 children in one classroom and 2 adults

You can be depraved without having a mental illness.
This animal didn’t have a history of any kind of mental health issue.

He’s sick. No sane person kills another person. It means that they have something wrong with them.

Yes but it’s not mental illness.
But there was something wrong with him

I saw a Dr report about murderers. He said #1 cause is antisocial personality disorder where these people get pleasure from hurting others. Another cause is playing violent video games at a young age or watching violent stuff at a young age. Another factor is how easy is the access to weapons.

One thing that can be done in the US is banning weapons.

To say that you know for sure that he did not have a mental illness that contributed to this incident, is a bit presuming too much, I think. It is similar to those who say he must’ve had a mental illness. I know that you don’t want us to be associated with his actions, @Wave , but I don’t think enough has come out about his psychological condition to know for sure. I voted evil as well, just based on what we know so far, but more information will probably be forthcoming.

Some people with mental illness ARE capable of committing horrible acts. Of course, most people that have a mental illness do not.

‘happy people just don’t shoot their husbands’

From legally blonde.

I think he was mentally disturbed.

That doesn’t mean what he did was okay.

I heard Biden say that it does not happen anywhere else but the USA… but that is not true. Happens in Europe as far as 1800’s, you can look up mass shootings on Wikipedia.

Christ church mass shooting was New Zealand, also happens in many other countries.
