Nothing when I’m off meds, it just consumes me
I listen to music all day long to distract me.

Music helps with the voices, and school sometimes helps with paranoia and delusions.

I use music in public.
At home, i just try to make myself focus on a task. I do like to read and watch movies on good days.
sports, practicing guitar, study, gardening and I still manage to have a lot of downtime I spend online, youtube and here.
o and also working out, I plan to start lifting again in april when it warms up.
