Go out as much as possible

Wake up and show up to places

Cooking and cleaning are the best two distractions by far.

Aside from that, i like to socialize, make art, and play music. If i had to give up any one of these five things i would be doing much worse in life.

If im experiencing acute psychosis then going out sometimes makes me feel worse. Being in public and moving around sometimes makes the paranoia and confusion a lot worse, especially if it’s nighttime and there are strangers around me.

Yes I understand that but eventually you might be able to get out more

It’s fine on normal days just not if im going through really bad episodes. I havent had one of those in about a year though.

You know for 3 years almost I was on bed… Thinking and thinking … And meds deleted all those thoughts. Which had not point thinking.

Then when I go out, I am as I am, before this condition struck me. But can’t improve as I forget none repetitive task.

But repetitive task I remember. But if I don’t repeat I forget them too.

Its like I have limited capacity.

I had written in my journal once, if its 5% my brain is fine compared to all. I will make the best out of this. But was not successful.

But after 13 years with this condition.

I see well.

But can’t explain it properly.

But overall I say there is light in the dark.

Just have to go out and look around.

And my language is getting weak.
