Our family recipe for pasta salad.
You take butterfly pasta and boil it.
Then you cut cucumber and radishes into small pieces and add it to a bowl. Add shredded ham, shredded cheese, and a lot of sour cream / creme fraiche. Then press some cloves of garlic in there, and mix it all around. Add the pasta while it’s still hot, and make sure to mix it all up good so the cheese melts slightly.

Serve while the pasta is still warm.

It is freaking delicious.

I’m working on learning our family recipe for “birthday goo”, but I can’t quite keep the pork from getting too dry.

I make a pretty good chicken stew. And a pretty good turkey chili. But they’re easy, they don’t take much skill.
