I had some delicous tripe soup today in the morning and yesterday. I also had a good oxtail soup before sleeping. What soups have you enjoyed?

I think mushrooms are underrated as a food. I canāt remember a moment I didnāt enjoy them.
For dinner last night i had a really nice mexican style soup. It had things like beans and beef in it. Mixed it with rice.
Potato and leek soup is my comfort food - itās what my gran used to make for me and that I made for my own daughter.

Creamy tomato soup from Hello Fresh is good. I made a huge batch of clam chowder that was good.

I recently discovered Swanson brand grab and go (like in a sipping cup) chicken broth with ginger and turmeric. I know itās not actually a soup but it has low calories and all and 9g of protein. Iāve been drinking it in the morning because I gave up coffee. I think itās really yummy and easy.
So itās a kind of hot drink? I have drank ginger mixed with chamomille and itās very calming, I havenāt given up caffeine but I consume less now. So instead of drinking more cups of coffee I drink more tea.
I made corned beef and cabbage soup yesterday for dinner. I cut up potatoes and carrots to go in the chicken broth. I used canned corned beef cuz a real one wouldāve been too much for just me. Itās hard to believe a can of it costs over $5, tho ā¦
Yeah, itās like a nice hot drink. I really like it. I wouldnāt call it a āsoupā but itās very comforting, tasty and has nutrients.
