Lunch: Nangmyeon (buckweat noodles), some tangsuyuk (fried pork with rive flour covered)
Snack: Two crackers
Dinner: Kimbop (Korean style sushi with vegetables and other stuff) and dumplings.

Had some gluten free cheeseburger things. Kind of like Quiche. It had gluten free Bisquik, cheese, and hamburger. I managed to not get a crap ton of calories by limiting what I eat.
It turns out my bp pills were making me hungry. They were way too much.
Lol I’m sure even JC himself had cake sometimes XD I find it hard trying to be healthy at times but it’s so worth it. I used to eat packaged oatmeal all the time (which I thought was healthy lol) and on some days racked up like 80 grams of sugar! I had to struggle to kick the sugar addiction after and I think the best thing is to do it slowly but surely. When I tried to cut it out entirely right away I found myself going back and forth wavering between being extremely healthy and extremely unhealthy. I saw myself sprinting then, sleeping if you will X)
