What did you eat today?

Hmm…
Breakfast: None
Lunch: Nangmyeon (buckweat noodles), some tangsuyuk (fried pork with rive flour covered)
Snack: Two crackers
Dinner: Kimbop (Korean style sushi with vegetables and other stuff) and dumplings.

Lots of oriental foods I had today! If you guys want I can post recipes :slight_smile:

I had eggs on toast for breaky, then a supplier had a BBQ today so got a free burger for lunch

Had some gluten free cheeseburger things. Kind of like Quiche. It had gluten free Bisquik, cheese, and hamburger. I managed to not get a crap ton of calories by limiting what I eat.

It turns out my bp pills were making me hungry. They were way too much.

In 4 days all I ate was a bowl of rice and a pack of noodles. I go to food bank tomor. Yeee Haa rotten old moldy food

I might make homemade cream of mushroom soup or good ole chicken soop.

iced smoothie
one bread with peanut butter

this puts my vegan weight loss efforts into perspective
and my sugar free intentions
i clearly need to start over

in my defence i had a steamed veg flavourful green split peas
huuuuugeous amount of veg and pulses
was planning to eat that all day

it went off i nearly threw up smelling it
i don’t know how or why within 48 hrs in the fridge not really lucky today

going to have to do something about my fridge it doesn’t close right

Breakfast = roast beef sandwich wrap
Lunch = roast beef sandwich wrap
Dinner = whey protein shake

Throughout the day = water

Lol I’m sure even JC himself had cake sometimes XD I find it hard trying to be healthy at times but it’s so worth it. I used to eat packaged oatmeal all the time (which I thought was healthy lol) and on some days racked up like 80 grams of sugar! I had to struggle to kick the sugar addiction after and I think the best thing is to do it slowly but surely. When I tried to cut it out entirely right away I found myself going back and forth wavering between being extremely healthy and extremely unhealthy. I saw myself sprinting then, sleeping if you will X)
