What did you eat today?

Breakfast: water, meds, vitamins and coffee.
For lunch oats with strawberries and rice milk.
At 4 pm I ate a sandwich with water cress, tomato, vegan meat and cheese.
Now drinking some juices this evening.

Dinner. Chicken with mushrooms sauce broccoli and new potatoes ready meal from m&s

For breakfast I ate a 35 calorie multigrain Wasa cracker, a tbsp of peanut butter, and a medium banana sliced on top

I’m skipping lunch because we’re having pizza for dinner.

Not a healthy day for me today but once in a while that’s ok

I had a cow, some potatoes, carrots and asparagus for lunch. Leftovers from yesterdays supper.

Ok, maybe not a whole cow. It could have just been a little beef roast.

I screwed up on my diet. I ate mcdonalds two mcdoubles and fries. Im extremely disappointed in myself :slightly_frowning_face:

Wow that’s quite a meal

I had a chicken, some wheat baked with water and yeast and also some flour mixed with sugar and cocoa and frosting and coffee beans with water.

My landlady taught me how to cook brown rice. I was meant to soak it overnight first.

Breakfast:
Oatmeal with milk and one tablespoon of sugar. And black coffee.

No lunch

Dinner:
Grilled cheese sandwich, with cheese, broccoli and potato soup, and three vanilla oreo cookies. And coffee.

I try to eat stuff like that but it just doesn’t make me feel full. My doctor wants my triglycerides to drop though so I need to try.

I can eat salad/fruit/veggies in addition to my food that’s no probs, but as a replacement… that’s where I just get hungry all day
