One half of a cabbage roll in tomato sauce from the deli
Fresh zucchini fried in butter with salt and pepper
Mixed frozen veggies microwaved with butter and salt
Hawaiian honey wheat roll

Arbys beef and chedder and loaded curly fries… There waa a special on the sandwhiches so i got two, only ate half of one but i can reheat them throught the day
Five mini bagel things with cream cheese, a banana, three servings of Oreos, a handful of blackberries, a turkey sandwich and a piece of string cheese.
Lunch was a wrap made with buffalo chicken and hot pepper cheese. Nothing wrong with that. But for dinner I went out and ate two slices of pizza and a piece of cheesecake. Now I am VERY full. But I went out of the house for a date with my husband, so that was positive, even if I did need a klonopin.
