I had some sausage burritos from McDonalds…yum.
I had sandwiches with fish roe, bacon, cheese and liver paté. With black tea and some chocolate for dessert.
I never considered breakfast a meal to have dessert with although some of the breakfast food I’ve eaten amounted to dessert.
You probably won’t gain much weight on that but I hope you don’t do that for every meal.
When you’ve got to grab and go you do what you can.
I would drink tea if it had no caffeine in it. Any decaffeinated tea or coffee still contains some.

Well with all the replies I no longer feel like commenting on everyone’s meal but I must say that looks like the healthiest I’ve seen. Yep you’ll be running a marathon after that.

Free coffee while shopping at IKEA. Got a bag of frozen Swedish pancakes from IKEA for future breakfasts. Yum!
Chinese food is tops in my book…even for leftover breakfast! Yum!!
