I had my usual breakfast of turkey sausage, cereal and iced tea. But last night I binged on turkey sausage. Had like 6 patties. I still wasn’t full. Tomorrow I’m really going to tell my doctor I want to get rid of the Seroquel. I’m not going to change my mind.
It may be all the salt! It causes water retention and will cause you to crave more food.
It’s a good idea, but it’s always 1-2 hours after I take take the Seroquel. It happens with cereal or pudding or whatever too.

Two crappy ham and cheese sandwiches from the gas station. Should have known better. Bleh!
I got up late today so for breakfast and lunch I just had shredded wheat and coffee.
Breakfast for me was a bowl of banana and apple and 2 fried eggs with one toast.
Lunch right now consists of
Top sirloin 4oz
3 cups of brocoli
1/4 a cup of rice
Banana berry smoothie
Today so far, all I’ve had was breakfast:
Cinnamon Life cereal one cup with
One third cup of instant dry milk with water
Going to have a burger with onions on the George Foreman in a bit.
Forgot to eat today
Guess I’ll have a slice of cinnamon toast and go to bed
Breakfast: nothing
Lunch: Belvita biscuits and chocolate milk
Dinner: Vegan Boca burgers and yogurt
I had 3 boiled eggs, 1/2 a quesadilla, 1/2 an avocado, most of a tomato, a spoon of sour cream, a fish sandwich, 2 carrots, an apple, and 3 cups of tea/coffee.

lunch : fish and veggies.
havent had dinner yet…
oh and i drank 2 cups of coffee…
Well no Seroquel and I didn’t binge. Just 2 fried eggs twice having pulled an all nighter.
I had cinnamon Life cereal with skim milk for both breakfast and lunch today. I love that stuff. I have a lot of leftover spaghetti with meatballs in the fridge so I guess that’s going to be my dinner for a while along with a Romaine salad.
For breakfast I had cinnamon graham crackers with milk, cranberry juice, and vegetable juice.
For lunch I had some kind of mess they fixed at the clubhouse (They usually do better. I think it was tuna, mixed with rice in some type of casserole. They rice wasn’t nearly done. It wasn’t tasty, but it was nourishing.), corn, a roll, and banana pudding for desert. I’m still wondering what I’ll fix for myself tonight.
Shredded wheat with sugar for breakfast, for a snack I had 2 orange popscicles with vanilla ice cream. Yum!
A bagel for breakfast then salmon and corn for dinner. That’ll be it for today, I guess.

Dinner: a frozen dinner and a protein bar
Drinks: coffee and water
noodles and a couple of biscuits…
