What I have eaten/will eat today; skipped breakfast because I had a headache, Chicken fajita salad for lunch, will have strawberries for dinner pretty soon. If I get hungry after that I’ll have a banana and a nectarine.
Roasted chicken for me ew I hate that but still there was nothing else to eat.

Had boiled eggs and avocado with coffee for breakfast
Just had Two Good coconut flavoured yogurt with strawberries.
I made canned chicken pasta salad with shredded carrots, canned corn, mayo and sriracha hot sauce
Papaya salad and chicken.
I had BBQ from a place I’ve never had before, and it was freaking amazing. Brisket (some of the best I’ve had), jalapeno cheddar sausage link, pulled pork, ribs, baked beans, and corn . I’m so stuffed

I ate a taco salad tonight with chicken. Twas good.
I had Cinnamon Life cereal with nonfat milk and sugar with coffee for breakfast.
I had a cup of strawberry yogurt for lunch.
I had a fried chicken thigh, barbecue rib, spaghetti with cheese and a liter of sweet tea for dinner.
A twinkie for snack with decaf coffee.
I ended up having leftover Spam, Green Bean and potato soup. Was planning on steaks but they were not thawed out yet. Probably tomorrow.

Tropical fruit piece can’t remember name of fruit

Lunch : Ezekiel bread with nuttelex

Dinner: fried potato and carrot with gravy and cabbage salad with dressing.

Beef broth, sugar free jello, decaf coffee no cream. Yes, I’m on a clear liquid diet. Lol.
