Is the best one they have ever tried?
In terms of the most bio available supplement
I’m a big fan of Daily Essential Nutrients by Hardy Nutritionals.
Didn’t we talk about this? Or was I talking with Thesunshinemaras on the family forum about that.
Daily essential nutrients does not work when you have dopamine sensitivity
Is this something you noticed from personal experience?
It’s a micronutrient supplement, not a pharmaceutical that messes with neurotransmitter levels.
Yes
I noticed it
I had to stop
It exacerbated my dystonia
Unfortunately!
I stopped taking it and now my dystonia is doing better…
I think it’s from ginkgo biloba in the mix…
Ah, that’s unfortunate.
Sorry that it wasn’t effective!
I’ll look into chelated B-vitamins.
Maybe this will do? https://www.amazon.com/Methyl-Multi-without-Iron-Quatrefolic/dp/B00Y3QDOGO
Walmart is offering a B vitamin supplement that has a lot of every B supplement in a single pill. They sell a bottle of 365 pills for around $15.00.
Does that supplement have good bio availability?
Looks good
I wanted to look into a good bio available niacin
Or vitamin B6 as well!
The minerals are chelated, but you’re not going to find other supplements with plant, organic forms of the B vitamins, sadly.
I think the NutraTek method of making plant-based vitamins is patented.
