[/quote]Fairly adequate dieting - balancing nutrition w/ pleasure. I have lots of vitamins & minerals in my diet, but I’ve noticed that it sparks cravings for fattier substances like milk chocolate, chips, or donuts. It’s a weird game where I have a super healthy breakfast, but junky lunch, followed by a moderately healthy dinner.

Other than that, I type a lot & keep my writing & comprehensive skills strong. Lots of sleep & deep dreaming - which is a double-edged sword; yes, dreaming is excellent, but at the same time is costs me nearly all of my energy I’d have to utilize throughout the day. I feel dead when I wake up, alive when I am asleep & dreaming.

i recycle and try and cut my carbon footprint, i also try and hold in my farts but thats a different story haha

Feel guilty for getting so huge, uncomfortable and keep eating at restaurants like a crutch leaving me broke. I’m horribly huge, but can still walk around…Got to walk and just make some food changes…Won’t take much more to get results.

Washing everyday. Taking daily vitamins and supplements. Regular job interviews. Vaping not smoking.

I walk for an hour a day - 30 min in the morning and 30 in the afternoon. I used to walk for two hours, but I cut back. I take Sarcosine and Omega 3 fatty acids. I drink a glass of apple juice and a glass of vegetable juice in the morning. Sometimes I eat a bowl of frozen vegetables heated up in the microwave in the evening to keep myself regular. On the bad side, I have a bad caffeine habit and I eat way too much sugar.

Gosh, I know there must be something I can come up with that I do that’s considered healthy.
No, nothing,
jeez.
guess I need to do some R&D and get back with the results later.

Nice work everyone!

Well I’m keeping up my habits of taking care of personal hygiene, drinking more water, and trying to go out more.

Now I need to focus on these:

  1. Adjusting my sleep cycle.
  2. Going to the gym for 30 - 60 mins 5 days a week.
  3. Following up with a nutritionist
  4. Being content and hopeful no matter what happens
