I use a lot of avoidance. Sometimes it serves me well, but most of the time it doesn’t. I miss out on a lot of information by being so aloof - stuff about where jobs are, and what not. I also did a lot of self medicating with alcohol. That had a huge amount of problems that accompanied it.

I use this sometimes. It calms down my thoughts.

I use baking as a coping strategy. Doing something with simple, clear steps helps my mind calm down and focus on what’s real.

Derealization and numbness.

Listening to music or Quran helps (especially for voices or inserted thoughts) or reading a book. Or a back scratch from hubby. :slight_smile:

I sleep a lot.
When I have the energy I go for walks, or dress u and go look at nice shops around the city.
