I just take melatonin 3mg.

I tried valerian root pills but that didn’t work.
Now I just play some youtube videos on computer programming tutorials while drinking Tranquilitea (a specific brand of tea from Raizana you can get it on amazon) that has a mix of herbs like valerian root, chamomille, and some other stuff that makes it taste pretty good. Two tablespoons of loose leaf tea into my strainer and poof an hour later or less and I’m out, with the tutorial dude still lecturing on my tv about python lol. I am a pretty big fan of this one type of tea because it’s like they popped every sleepy herb in there!

I use Ativan for akathisia it also helps me sleep

I alternate 100mg of trazodone and melatonin (delayed release to keep you asleep for 7-8 hours) on alternate days, so I don’t acclimate to either one and it lose it’s potency.

trazodone or Seroquel

Ambien 10mg it causes me to sleep eat sometimes but it beats laying awake until the sun comes up everyday.

It was seroquel and ambien, but nothing at the moment…

I have very irregular sleep patterns, and nothing seems to help. There are times when I can’t sleep that if I take my daily two caffeine pills I’m able to lose consciousness. Go figure.

My Cloziril puts me to sleep pretty quickly.

Trazodone 200mg

temezapam 40MG

like one pill and another for 40 characters long

I’m having trouble with this lately. My AD and beta blocker used to knock me out, and I had a humidifier that served as a trickling water sound generator. Meds stopped getting the job done and the motor of the humidifier needs oiled, so I need sime help.

Your post made me think of the Yellow Brick Cinema youtube channel, which has soothing 8 hour tracks. Someone here (I’m thinking @wolfman?) recced this one; it’s worked for me in the past.

Generally when trying to sleep I make sure I try to stay away from my phone, then I just lay there for a couple of hours with my eyes close. Not trying to sound like a smart ass or anything but staying away from the phone works wonders when it comes to trying to sleep. Also try to have a regular sleeping pattern if you can help it. It also seemingly helps not to have any food after about 6 PM.
