I dont know what the official side effects are, but I havent noticed any in daily use, and im quite sensitive to all sorts of drugs and herbs. I didnt notice any benefits either though, but might have not given it enough time or my symptoms were too much for it.
I use curry and add some to my foods.
Turmeric can be found in Curry.
it makes my you know what even more sensitive which makes the deed much more difficult or easy depending on how long you like it.
