Turmeric for negative symptoms?

I bought a bottle of pure Turmeric and tried some for the first time today.
Definitely feeling more alert and energized.
Turmeric has a pretty potent antidepressant effect.
This has been proven.

I plan to use it a lot as it has a lot of other health benefits as well.

I already use curry powder, but Turmeric seems more beneficial.

Turmeric is wonderful but it takes large amounts of the whole herb to attain benefits and is not well-absorbed unless you take it with black pepper that contains piperine.

Turmeric contains plant-based antioxidants that help fight cell-damaging free radicals called curcuminoids. The active ingredients in turmeric are being studied for their medicinal value.

How do you consume it? Seasoning in foods?

I just add some to foods, yes.
I add black pepper to it, so it is better absorbed.
I add some to everything! :smile:
