What activities do you like to do? After secluding myself for so long, I am looking for something to do to bring happiness and mental well-being.
Exercise. Anaerobic and aerobic exercise does wonders for the mind. Less than 1-hour of your 24-hour day can do wonders for your mind.
That is a great idea! I just registered for a yoga class. Keeping an open eye for other ideas as well.
I do isometrics on my upper body for strength and exercise plus walking in the back yard a while three times a day. I used to paint paintings but it got to where it was more stress than enjoyment so I stopped doing that…these days I listen to music most of the time and it soothes me.

I can recommend miniature painting if you happen to be into that (warhammer etc). It’s very relaxing painting the minis.

I’m going to buy a cross stitch kit and see if I like that.
Im also looking at joining a book club. I found one but I’m not interested in the current book so I may wait a month to join
