What brings you to a relaxed state?

I think aside from journaling

And mindfulness such as noticing clouds and bird noises etc

I think for me also accepting imperfection, accepting mistakes, an organic way of life in being but at the same time that doesnt mean not having a direction :))

Exercise and diet helps me feel better overall. Watching a good tv series or movie, or YouTube.

Driving on PlayStation games, sipping coffee and a smoke.

That’s what I need. It’s so good sitting back and driving on PlayStation games.
