I usually find when I go out mountain biking my psychosis kinda isn’t as bad I’ve only recently took this up so I’ll need to wait a while to see if there is any real improvement but why do you guys/girls get up to for fun and how does it help your mind?
I love to get out and walk. There are a couple of nature areas in my neighborhood that i can walk to and enjoy the outside.
I play my guitar and banjo when I need a pick me up. It is something I’m proud of.

I’m planning on cycling the west highland way at the weekend well a stretch of it anyway
I walk around my neighborhood, listening to music, and daydreaming
I also do kickboxing. Hitting the pads really numbs out my mind from the focus and the exhaustion.
Yeah I find Exercise really helps takes your mind away from the madness and the pain for maybe just a moment
Video games and listening to music helps me a lot
