Sex helps my schizophrenia symptoms. At first, physical contact made them flare up. One say I literally said ■■■■that and well that started something new. My friends had always told me that I needed sex. My parents even told me one night when I was drinking a protein shake at like midnight. It was like a “You need to have sex” intervention. They were puzzled at why I had never even kissed a girl but was very good looking and popular at school. I was really into martial arts back then, I’ve recently picked it back up- it makes me not want to have sex as much because I need all the aggression I can get. Lifting weights is one thing, fighting is another. Professional fighters go for like two months before a fight to make themselves testy feeling and be more aggressive.
I dont feel guilty about sex, even casual sex in the past has made me feel better. You’re probably wondering how I even manage to have sex. Well, I have been an avid weightlifter since I was like 16 and I was into fighting for a while. I went on to become a powerlifter (its a competitive sport) and then went into bodybuilding and now I am back into martial arts…well technically Krav Maga is a science and not an art but whatever I practice defending myself and fighting. Bottom line, I am attractive.
I get off topic- yes, sex helps my symptoms of schizophrenia because it makes me feel immense pleasure and I forget about the pain. It’s like hard drugs. I can’t do hard drugs for fun like normal people. I cant even smoke weed. I cant drink because it dehydrates and inhibits muscle recovery. I cant smoke because that does wonders for stamina. Masturbating makes me paranoid. Sex looks like the only thing left, right?

Geodon seems to be weight neutral for me. I eat a lot and I still weight 180. I actually got a lot bulkier on it, not fat, as you can see lol.
Not everyone says it is weight neutral, it’s just weight neutral for most people.
