Can I buy aps such as Latuda or Saphris that aren’t registered in my country? I’m visiting my psyhiatrist in monday and I would like to ask for one of that meds if possible but they can’t be bought in my country and maybe they are not registered, but I think I can order them on Amazon or wherever. Anyone here has done this or doing this?

These are brand drugs. Check for lurasidone and asenapine.

It is weird people using brand names when referring to drugs.

I also say Invega instead of paliperidone.

Brand names are usually easier to remember.

It would not be Amazon. Maybe Canadian pharmacy or other online pharmacy.

there is no generic for latuda so the specific brand is the only manufacturer available in pharmacies

Its illegal and only black market has them but even then they may send you benzos or street drugs instead to get you addicted or you never know what they will send you, you can’t trust the black market.

Not really. My bottle has said Geodon for years so that’s what I’m used to referring to it as.

You can get alternative brands offering same drug. Which is approved in your conuntry. Makes no difference on effect.

Olanzapine is popular as Zyprexa in US or other countries. There is no Zyprexa in India. Amisulpride is popular in Europe as Solian. Initially on approval Solian was not available in India. Other brands of amisulpride were. After maybe 5-6 years Solian became available in here.

If you are going to buy a branded meds then it can get quite expensive.

Generics don’t have good quality control in here. Popular variant of olanzapine is Oleanz. That of amisulpride was Sulpitac. Solian has supposedly better quality control being european preparation. But it heck lot more expensive even than Sulpitac.

North America, Europe, Australia and I think Japan have good regulations around generics. There generics are as good as brand drugs.
