The put it more aptly , america built the bomb before the germans and we are probably very lucky for that. Einstein was a pacifist and was just defining how the world and universe worked.

I value compassion and honesty much more than a high IQ.
My 3 older brothers supposedly (they’ve been tested) are in the 160-180 range, me? I don’t know what happened to me, maybe growing up in their shadow stunted my growth.
Can’t think of anyone with a high IQ that did anything for me.
