I walked to the gym (30 mins ) I did some weights and only 15 mins cardio …all in all 35 mins at gym… And then walked 15 mins on way home but couldn’t do more so took the bus the rest of the way.

I have been so slack with my exercise routine lately. I always do in the summer.

I went for two jogs today. It’s a revelation running when your not struggling to breathe! More power too you and you’ve got to start somewhere.
A 15 minute good brisk walk isn’t so bad so keep up that cardio! It’s all a work in progress so take some stock in getting in a good workout and on doing those little things to get you even beyond that.
That is exercise for me. I try that little extra to do a little more everyday!
