I did 20 min the first day then 30 min for the last 6 days including today! I’m feeling good! More energy and I get to talk to people after I’m done since the gym has an office and I always stop in to talk, it makes it worth it… My diet has been going okay I broke it yesterday and had chips this morning but other than that I’ve done really well

Yeah well done. Good to start slowly but doing it regularly is so good for your mental and physical health.
