I slept well. Then after waking up and taking my meds and eating my breakfast I went to ride my bicycle. It is autumn although they predict it would snow in the end of the coming week. It was good to exercise and to get fresh air. I also met one person whom I know. Really my bicycle riding woke me up. I wore my red scarf. It was a nice morning.
I love to hear about your bicycle rides. It sounds like they make you healthy and happy.
I think that outdoor exercising is very good. I have much less negative symptoms and when I ride my bicycle I feel that my mind is empty and I have not so many voices. I calculated that I have ridden my bicycle nearly 4000 km in this year. I really recommend outdoor exercising. In summer it was quite nice because it was so warm, 30+ C nearly1.5 months. Well winter is coming and I won’t be able to ride so much.
There’s something magical about bicycling. It’s a great view of the world up high on the bicycle seat.
To me the views are a biproduct of the physical exercise you experience while cycling.
But the scenery going by, mixed with the speed, mixed with the endorphins kick you get from pedaling…. Man, what a good time
Inspiring xx
I ride early quite a bit but only in the past couple of months
Overall I’ve done about 1700 km in a year
A good start
I want to up my time spent if I do about 90 mins a day that would be cool but it’s silly to have an aim I might not hit
We live by the sea so it’s really beautiful
I might do a 7-day/480 mile ride next year. I have the bike for it and I’ve been going to the gym 5 days a week for 5+ years so my body can take it
I have to see how my psych is throughout the next 9 months
So cool xx plans to do something similar next year with my sister
I’m upping my miles right now but yes like you said it’s going to be dark and raining for several months now x
Where?
A US state, lol. The ride starts in the west side of the state and ends on the east side of the state
I probably have only 500 miles this year total cuz I had back surgery in April and was out of it for some prime riding months.
