Today was a better day. I rode my bicycle. The bicycle paths were good and it was just -5 C. I really enjoyed riding my bicycle. Exercising makes me feel good. It is still the middle of winter but spring will come in two months. I have noticed that I have gained some weight because I have not been riding my bicycle so much as I do in other seasons. Days are also getting longer and it is not so dark any longer. Feeling quite good today.

Keep going. Even if its for small amounts of time. Try and keep it regular. You will feel better as you say.
Nice that u riding bikes again
I think that exercising helps me. There are some articles how sz persons benefit from exercising, even little exercising such as gardening. I am riding my bicycle in all seasons, only when the bicycle paths are frozen I do not ride. In summers I sometimes ride 30 kilometers a day. I just enjoy cycling.
