I really like bicycle riding, I still need to lose some weight that I gained during the winter, it was as high as +12 celcius today, I believe also that exercising is good for my mind, when I ride my bicycle I rarely get voices or negative thoughts, I get also fresh air, and I do encourage everybody to exercise more. During my bicycle riding I also see people whom I would not see if I did not ride my bicycle. I also visit our local association for mental helth that is on another side of my town. Today I did ride over 28 kilometers.

It is a beautiful day here where I live and I got out for a walk. Here it is Springtime.

We have rain today. Tornado watch this morning. Supposed to clear up by 11pm and brought a cold front.
I rided too … I rided about 7 km
I rode my bicycle over 18 kilometers today, it was another beautiful day, I like the Sun … here is the main street in this morning.
