I went to a nightclub with a friend and danced my arse off, it was a lot of fun and I was completely sober :blush: my pal who I was with hadn’t been out anywhere for a couple of years so he enjoyed it too and he said he was impressed by my dancing style :rofl: I’m 35 and that was my first experience of a nightclub x

Gawd well done you!!!

I gave up on nightclubs when I was like late teens. Not my cup of tea although I had some success with girls saying hello. Never followed through cause I was a smart ass but still…

Good for u not getting high, intoxication is often just a mask for deeper issues.

Never been to a club myself, what did you wear? Were you all dressed up? Suited and booted?

Yes, I too gave up on night clubs in my teens. Nice one daydreamer ! I’d be terrified of a night club now lol.

i wore like a thick smart jacket and scarf but handed that in to the cloak room underneath was just a simple blue tee with a grey waist coat, black cords and brown boots :slight_smile: nothing special really.

Good for you! Wish I could visit a club on Goth/Industrial night with appropriate garb but I’m getting old and have back issues.

I only went to a nightclub a few times in my early twenties. I loved it because it’s dark and you can be anonymous and there’s lights. The people don’t seem like people. They just scenery and nobody talks because it’s loud.
That was so long ago. I never drank or anything. I can get pretty lost in colorful lights and the rhythm of music.
