And she said she’d take me off the rota and if I was ready to go back I could speak to the other manager. So I’m not yet completely quit but I won’t get paid as I only get paid as and when I work.
I will ask my employment specialist to speak to them for me. She offered but I said no yesterday but now I’m keen for her to talk to them. Maybe they can help.
So does that mean you’ve officially decided to not work for a bit? Like until you’re ready and stable?
Im not ready but I don’t know if I’ll get anymore stable than this… but I will speak to the doctor and see what they can do regarding the persistent anxiety. It’s not healthy

My pdoc was disappointed when I said I didn’t feel ready to go back to work. But things are the way they are. Maybe in a couple of years.
