Hi. I smoke 20 per day in a gradual reduction plan (I used to smoke 40) I would like to know if the ewllbutrin without nrt works to reduce even more the amount of cigarettes … I am tired of smoking and it brings me problems. the wellbutrin serves? what problems can a sz take wellbutrin ??

I tried to take welbutrin to help me quit smoking and it made me feel more suicidal than normal. I quit taking it right away and the feelings went back down again. The same thing happened to me when I tried Chantix except the feelings didn’t go away very quickly.
I smoke 15 to 20 cigarettes a day and can’t find anything that helps me quit. If you figure it out please let me know. I’m pretty desperate to quit smoking too because it’s killing me.

Have you learned to meditate? Meditation costs nothing and reduces anxiety. You can meditate while you reduce your cigarette intake.
