Sometimes I get this weird sensation in my brain. I don’t know how to explain it. It’s like when someone is doing something stupid and you just have to sit there and wait for them to realize they’re being dumb and you get this sort of numb feeling in your brain. I almost feel like paralyzed in the front of my head and in my ears. I’m not explaining it well. Does anyone get sensations in their brain?
I also get weird sensations in my head. I feel weird and out of place, I dissociate a bit, all become blurry, thoughts are not in order.
how often do you get it? does anything make it better or worse that you’ve noticed?
Almost everyday after a tiresome day at work. Sitting still in a quiet room helps. Also meditation and Ativan. You? When does it happen?
I’m not sure, it happens off and on. It’s weird
I get positive and negative sensations. At first they feel foreign but i got used to them.
Like something weird happening in your brain but you can’t describe it. Right?
Is that a pinto bean?
I don’t know. I made it out of fun at the community garden
yea, it’s fuzzy, numb, electrical. I can’t quite put my finger on it. I usually get it when someone is doing something dumb but I can’t speak up and I just have to let them find out for themselves. It’s a weird sensation.
Like weatherlightning?
It’s the only strange sensation that you get or you get more of these?
I think as far as my brain goes it’s the only thing I feel except headaches. I don’t usually feel my brain otherwise. I don’t think of my brain as something I feel normally. Is that weird?
When you can feel other organs, why not your brain?
I’m not sure what that is
yea you’re right, maybe I"m just getting in touch
Maybe you should get a check. Brainwaves and such.
It probably has something to so with my medicine change, it will probably just pass as soon as things settle down. I was just wondering if other people had it too.
Nuts and oxygen is good for the brain. I always breath consciously deep when I walk distances myself.
That’s fantastic. I’ll try breathing some deep breaths. I don’t have any nuts on hand, but I have tuna and that’s good for the brain too. Maybe I’ll have that for lunch today.
