My weight went up when I hardly ate anything and have been moving bowels not constipated it was weird. I was 170 yesterday. I like to be 160-165

I want and am trying to lose about 8 lbs.
I need to lose about 5kg or 10 lbs. no hurry to do so, my extra fat is keeping me warm this winter. I actually weigh less this winter than I did last winter, I’ll lose it in the spring.
I want to lose five kg too but find it difficult to do so and now I have stopped going to the gym and only do yoga once a week.
How do you plan on losing it?
Bike rides?
Diet?
I don’t know if your talking to me or not. but anyways in the spring I will start working out 2 hours a day, 1 hour lifting and 1 hour stretching and running. on top of that I plan to be active and garden or do yard work around the house 4 hours a day.
also i make it a ritual, that the first of spring i do a water fast. last year i did 3 days, ate and then 2 more days. im hoping to fast 7 days this spring and i anticipate i’ll lose most of the 5kg during the fast, any extra weight loss from working out is just a bonus.
Is that safe? Do you do it under doctor supervision?
I don’t know if it’s safe or not. fasting is supposedly harder on women than it is on men. I’ve read not to go longer than 7 days if unsupervised. my longest fast was 13 days, did a couple 7 day fasts, and a few 3 day fasts. I try to listen to my body, if im really hungry or lightheaded or something I break the fast. it’s just the easiest and quickest way to lose weight, I have to diet for awhile to keep the weight off after the fast.

I’ve lost about 8 kgs and still going down. Haven’t really changed too much of my diet but I’ve given up beer ( I do have alcohol with some scotch whiskey ) and my exercise is getting more daily. I’m up to jogging and raising up that heat rate. Another 2kgs I’ll be under 100kgs which is my first goal. After that it’s down to 90kgs if possible.
I want to lose minimum of 45-50 lbs. But I think I look best at 145ish, so that’s a long way off. Lots of work to do. But I’m getting there.
i wouldn’t recommend the long fasts. Its better to eat a little every day. Anything you lose you will gain back. The best thing you can do it just eat a balanced diet, exercise moderately maybe an hour a day max. Extremes only lead to extremes. What goes up must come down. The only way to make lasting change is to do it gradually.
Why wait til spring? why not start today with just 10 sit ups or 10 pushups. Then later on in the day when you feel like it do 10 more, and 10 more.
I need to lose a lot of weight. I won’t say how much just want to be below 250 pounds again
