When I was hospitalised my normal weight was 50 kg on about 161 cm.
After olanzapine I went up to 73kg.
Medication change to latuda made me go down to 62 kg and the. 60 kg.
I remained that weight a year.
Then I tried eating healthily and my boyfriend licked cakes and hid sweets from me which made me lose 5kg down to 55 kg.
Then I ate less and went down to 53 kg.
Then it was my birthday and I have been binge eating horridly.
I was given lollies and cakes and have been eating no stop.
I am now over 55 kg n dare not Weigh myself yet.
I was exercising a little now no exercise only binge eating cake and lollies all day and night.
More sweets than my bf can hide.
I was so happy to be 53kg hoping to get back to 50kg.
Now I see I am fat again .

Yeah. I got a fatty liver. So it really is important. I’ve lost 20 lbs the last 4 months.

Weight- 170.2 lbs. (though it is normally higher and probably will be after all that Texas food kicks in)

Today isn’t over, but here is my meal plan:
Breakfast- 3 Entenmann’s chocolate Pop’ems donuts, 8 oz. 2% milk
Lunch- Banquet turkey potpie
Dinner- lemon pepper chicken, mashed potatoes w/ country gravy, roll
Water- 8 cups
Supplements- Biotin 5000 mg (for hair and nails because mine need it!), Centrum Multivitamins
i’ve lost 22lbs / 10kg since November.
today gym 30 mins
monday was Pilates 1h
currently eating plant based fasting 3 shakes a day
and some cough pastiles + 2tsp capers + cup almond milk
make up shakes with home made almond milk
but this is day 4 of being back on the diet
In November i was 192lbs 87kg
now 170lbs 77kg
obese age 11 and then 40 % of my adult life spent at a healthy weight (now very overweight - just under obese)
I don’t know how you do it, @Thanna. I don’t have the self control to eat like that. I am just trying to count calories and be more aware of what I am eating now. I have lost a couple of pounds since I started. That is nice, because I had been gaining weight rapidly. I couldn’t do shakes like that. I think I would end up binging and then hating myself.
Weight:
154 lbs. Ideal weight: 150 lbs. (I recently lost 4 pounds).
Breakfast:
One cup of regular Life cereal and one third cup of instant dry nonfat milk with water.
Lunch:
Nothing
Dinner:
One dinner roll with pat of butter
A half cup of salad with one tablespoon of blue cheese dressing
A half cup of canned peaches
One cup of creamy tomato soup
One barbeque pork rib
A half cup of Au gratin potatoes
A half cup of honey glazed carrots
Exercise:
Yoga for 35 to 45 minutes daily
Piano practice for 40 to 65 minutes daily
Taking the stairs at my apartment complex daily
Supplements:
Nootropic: Cognitex Basics one capsule twice a day
Zinc tablet once a day
Multivitamin without iron once a day
Fish oil one capsule twice a day
Viviscal one tablet twice a day
Liquids throughout the day:
Decaffeinated coffee and tap water
yes - i left out the bits about eating too much in between and binging on rubbish
i have high cholesterol now - result of feeling like i was deprived of good things
the good things are not good they are going to kill me if can’t change my eating habits
i did intend to add this info to the original post
either way fasting is very healthy even if its short term
although i don’t think - fast - binge on junk - fast - is healthy
