Weight lifting

I am 5ft6,159 pounds.
I can bench 50kg for around 8 reps
Squat 90kg 6 reps
Shoulder press 50kg 4 reps
Deadlift 75kg 10 reps

I could have bench more, but my wrist hurt hence only 50kg

Normally when training,I count reps and separate the exercise to chest, back, shoulder, arms, legs and abs.I do 150 reps each exercise and one day I do 2 parts of my body

You are lifting low weights but exercising high repetitions. Why is that?

Would you not prefer to to do heavy weights but low repetitions?

Most people aim for a certain number of reps per set and a certain number of sets per exercise. These aren’t bad lifts considering the rep range.

I do low reps. Perhaps I have a predominance of fast twitch muscle fibers, as it was highly effective from the time I first tried it.

I think I am used to hyperthrophy.i always thought if I carry heavy weights but low reps,I’ll lose endurance, probably a placebo thinking
