i just did a ■■■■ ton of bicep curls with these dumbbells i have they dont weigh that much but i am not that strong and i did so many reps at first i wasnt counting than i started counting and i did some pushups also, i get like a rush from doing this it is little painful and my arms start tingling but i kinda like it but i take a break every 50 reps because its starts to get uncomfortable if i do it for too long, i thought since today is like a cheat day for me and i have eaten alot of calories i might as well lift weights and exercise so that im not getting fat from having a day where i eat more calories, i was also outside playing basketball for a while and i think im still in the middle of lifting weights but i took a break because my arms started hurting
Lifting weights damaged my joints. If I did anything these days I would do calisthenics, but work tires me out too much for that
I want to try calisthenics but I feel like I would want to lose more weight before starting that because the pull ups will be easier if I weigh less
I was trying to do body beast by beachbody and after a while I started to feel pain so I
stopped it’s a good exercise though but I had to be careful with my back because I don’t
want to cause injury to it. But it was my arms that were giving me trouble. After doing push
ups that were done with the hands close together is when I was having trouble. I was
scared if i develop a greenstick fracture to my forearms.
I’ve got 20lb dumbells and I do ten curls alternating immediately followed by 10 military presses. I don’t do them as often as I should, wish I could keep to every day but I think it helps and takes hardly any time.
