Hey guys, how much weight have you gained on aps?

Roughly 30kg compared to being on my old risperdione/fluoxetine/benzhexol combo.

Good question. I used to be 60kg now I’m 75kg.

I would like to get back down to 60kg

At 166cm.

I joined this cool cheap skate gym.

And considering a diet.

I actually lost weight on Abilify as I started following a calorie controlled diet for the first time ever.

But since I gave up vaping, I’ve been putting the weight back on.

Yes, I gained weight when I transitioned to vaping from ciggis, and also when I quit vaping. Both times in the order of 15-20 pounds.

Abilify also has some weight for me, I am taking .5 mgs of Ozempic to counter it currently with gym and exercise.

I think age plays a part as well none of us are getting any younger
