If you can’t find anyone, check out go daddy. It’s cheap and if you can use Word, you can figure it out. Plus you can make your own changes whenever.
Wordpress is quite easy to learn too, a lot of web sites use it.
Hi, I have to agree with the person who suggested to use GoDaddy, they have very easy to use website builder, anyone can do with no experience. I am currently building a website IronManRobots using GoDaddy website builder, and I have absolutely no experience in programming or building websites. It sounds like you are doing something positive for a great cause, I believe in your idea… best of luck. They don’t let us talk about religion on this website, but God has helped me tremendously with my disease… the only real cure.

Try wix.com, lots of easy website templates there. They give you 500 MB hosting and 500 MB of bandwidth for free. You can get a .com domain for $1 from https://www.1and1.com/99-cent-domains , and link it to your wix site.
